Founder of Manzumeh Negaran and the BasisCore ecosystem · A three-decade practitioner in internet business

I formally entered the field of internet business in 2000, with the development of chaap.com. Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of contributing to or managing more than one thousand business digitalization projects, as well as founding Manzumeh Negaran Holding. The most valuable outcome of that journey has been the emergence of the BasisCore ecosystem.

I have also spent years serving as Chairman of the Board of the Employers’ Association of Internet Businesses and as a Board Member of the National Union. That experience led me to a firm belief: internet business is not merely a “guild” and deserves an institution worthy of its scale and role. Since 2022, I have been pursuing this idea under the title “Chamber of Digital Economy.”

Here, I have tried to document what I have learned as a diligent student of this field, with humility and responsibility. I welcome thoughtful dialogue and collaboration.
